WZBC is Singularity Stupid

Recently, WZBC has received several phone calls from "Dr." Gene Ray, master electrician, marbles enthusiast, and founder of the Time Cube theory of life. During our conversations, Dr. Gene Ray has contended that we, WZBC, have hacked his website and have redirected all the traffic to YouTube. He has also threatened legal action.

He states on his website:

"Now, Boston College WZBC
has a link on my Time Cube
Site - highjacking it to the
YouTube Site - doing great
harm to a site I have nutured
over 10 years on the web, and
at a personal cost of several
hundred thousands of dollars."

Given that the last time WZBC had any contact with Dr. Gene Ray was when one of our DJs conducted an interview with him in the fall of 2005, this claim is highly dubious, and in reality, flat out false. But should there be any further doubt as to our hand in the matter, let me help kill those doubts.

WZBC DID NOT HIJACK GENE RAY'S SITE. WE HAVE NO IDEA WHO DID IT. OK GENE RAY? JUST LEAVE US ALONE YOU BIG JERK.

he talked to both me and mike mulhall. supposedly (according to one of Mike's friends) the problem stemmed from the fact that he was simply mirroring images from someone else's site (since he created his site with Netscape and a piece of string), so that person got tired of him sucking up all the bandwidth and just redirected his site to youtube.
